Prices for all products shall be in accordance with
sellers price list of products at time of order. Volume
discounts are available. Prices are subject to
change without notice.

PAYMENT TERMS
Payment terms will be conveyed to the buyer either by
fax, phone or letter. Our standard payment terms are
NET 30 days. We also ship C.O.D. and accept
Visa, Mastercard, Discovery and American Express.

DELIVERY
Delivery terms are F.O.B. shipping point unless otherwise
specified by the seller. We ship via UPS and
common carrier.

RETURN POLICY
No merchandise will be accepted for credit or exchange without
a return authorization number which can be requested by calling 631-414-7157.

In all cases, material being returned to SELLER must be in original,
unopened packaging and only lot traceable material will be accepted for return.
Under no circumstances will Delco Fasteners accept
materials, which have been repackaged and / or that cannot be fully traceable
to that which was originally provided.

MINIMUM ORDER
The minimum purchase order is $50.00.
